July 4th is upon Los Angeles in the 22nd century, and current Los Angeles mayor -- Zachery Hans-Fromm wants to go out with a bang. However, a certain Jonathan Lockhart and his conspirators see potential. Jonathan has a bold move comprised of fellow conspirators, Madame Johanna LaRouche Dubious, Zachery Wang, Thad "Dark Ty" Knight, Fai Yong and Loca Lima XII. Their plan is simple -- infiltrate the ranks of the police force by disguising themselves as police officers to kidnap the mayor and place Zachery Wang as the mayor instead.

Problem is Radu the Robo Monk is on the case with his faithful sidekick Saker Falcon who recruit Ty "Turbo" Knight and his robotic cat Glitchy to weed them out.
