Leadership, Execution and Delivery (LEAD) describes a framework for implementing value-based leadership in conjunction with an enabling execution infrastructure to realize exceptional organizational results. While the LEAD framework described in the book centers on it's implementation in an IT software development organization, the fundamentals represented in the framework can be used in any organization, public or private for profit or not.
