The Founders' Reckoning is a series of staged debates in which artificial intelligence gives voice to America's founders and puts them in front of an audience. In Book One, Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson, and George Washington argue across three nights about money, the courts, the presidency, and the moral debt of the founding era — moderated by a journalist who refuses to let any of them past their own record. Book Two, The Pamphleteer and the President, brings John Adams and Thomas Paine to the same stage to argue about the press, faith, and who is fit to govern. It is forthcoming. Every position argued is drawn from the documented record. The questions are the ones the republic never settled. Each volume stands alone.
