A book giveaway is a promotional event where authors offer free copies of their books to readers. This helps authors gain exposure, gather reviews, and build their email lists.
The easiest way to build your author email list on BookBelow is to host a book giveaway:
- Fill out the giveaway form on this page and complete checkout.
- We promote your giveaway on our Giveaway page, reader news feeds, email notifications, and social media.
- Readers enter the giveaway and their email addresses are collected automatically.
- When the giveaway ends, log in to your author dashboard and download the participant list as a CSV file.
You can use that list to stay in touch with readers about new releases, promotions, and future giveaways.
No. You can complete the form and checkout without logging in. We create your author account automatically and email your login details after payment.
- Author name and email
- Book details (ASIN, title, genre, description, cover image)
- Giveaway PDF file, start/end dates, and number of copies (10 or 20)
- Optional Facebook boost and custom message to readers
You choose the start and end dates when submitting. We recommend at least two weeks to maximize participation. Giveaway start dates must be at least 5 days from today.
After the giveaway ends, log in to your author dashboard and download the CSV file with participant details.
Yes, there is a fee of $20 to list a giveaway. Optional Facebook boost add-ons are available during checkout.
