She ate my food.
Drank my favorite Scotch.
Slept in my bed…
…and is messing with my head.
When I walked into my cabin and found a stranger curled up under my quilt, wearing my shirt and nothing else, I knew I should’ve thrown her back out into the storm. But the rain was coming down in sheets, and she looked too damn sexy, too damn scared.
So I let her stay.
Now I can’t stop thinking about what else I’d like to let her do.
I didn’t think the worst day of my life would end with me stranded in the woods, sharing a tiny cabin with what looks like the hottest lumberjack in Colorado.
Big. Broody. Protective.
Every time he looks at me, my heart stutters, and every time he touches me, I forget why I should be running.
Maybe breaking into the wrong cabin was the best mistake I’ve ever made.
But the storm will stop soon… and when it does, I’ll have to be on my way, even if it means leaving my heart behind.
…then this one’s for you.
