Yoel Frischoff

Yoel Frischoff is a Tel Aviv-based product strategist, trained as an industrial designer, with more than 35 years of work across consumer electronics, professional equipment, medical devices, and security systems – beginning in 1991 in hands-on design and engineering before moving into product strategy and consulting. He has practiced product leadership as a founder, as an outside consultant, and as a line manager inside the organization – three roles with different clocks, different risks, and different definitions of a good decision. As principal of TheRoad, a boutique practice focused on software-augmented hardware product strategy, he helps manufacturers turn traditional products into connected, service-oriented platforms, and has helped bring more than ten connected products to market. He has been developing the frameworks behind Tangibles since 2022, testing them with clients and through TheRoad's writing.
