John J Reiswig

Dr. John Reiswig is the creator of the Pitch Space universe, a science fiction setting of corporate intrigue, frontier survival, and human resilience. He is also the writer and illustrator of Coasteaze, a Coast Guard themed comic strip collected in Coasteaze Vol. 1. A retired U.S. Coast Guard Chief, John draws on two decades of service in his upcoming nonfiction title Leading When You Are Not Really in Charge, blending authentic stories from fellow Chiefs with research into ten “Anchors” of leadership. Across fiction, comics, and leadership writing, his goal is to tell engaging, authentic stories that stay with the reader long after the last page.
